Responsibilities
This role works closely with our Architecture and Project Management team to support healthcare projects through all phases, including preparing design and construction documents, producing presentations and graphics, and conducting research on design precedents, codes, and municipal processes. Responsibilities also include assisting with space planning and programming, performing site analyses and design calculations, attending client and consultant meetings, and supporting construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings. Strong communication with clients and consultants and a positive, motivated approach to learning new skills are essential.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, with 1–4 years of experience supporting design and documentation efforts. Strong Revit and Bluebeam skills are essential, along with familiarity with healthcare codes, standards, and clinical workflows. Candidates should be able to assist with design packages, coordinate consultant input, manage project communication, and support construction administration tasks. Effective organization, responsiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients are key requirements, along with a motivated approach to learning healthcare-specific processes and technical skills.
