Project Architect – Healthcare Architecture

Dallas / Charlotte / Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design support and direction throughout all phases of healthcare projects.  

• Lead and support the development, coordination, and quality of project documentation.  

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to maintain alignment and project progress.  

• Apply knowledge of healthcare codes, standards, and technical requirements to project design and documentation.  

• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.  

• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.  

• Support presentations, marketing efforts, and other initiatives that contribute to future project opportunities.  

• Engage and support the broader team while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.  

• Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills, tools, and techniques. 

• Demonstrated construction administration experience on healthcare projects, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and contractor coordination.  

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.  

• Licensure required.  

• 7+ years of  architecture experience, with recent healthcare project experience highly preferred. 

• Relevant experience in healthcare planning, design, and technical documentation.  

• Knowledge of healthcare codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.  

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.  

• Strong proficiency in Revit.  

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project partners.  

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.  

• Collaborative, detail-oriented approach with strong technical problem-solving skills.  

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, engineers, constrictions professionals, as well as state and local authorities having jurisdiction.
