Guide Architecture provided full architectural and interior design services for Adaptive Medical Partners, a 15,000-SF, two-story medical and professional office building located in Las Colinas, Texas. The project was designed to accommodate both administrative and clinical functions, with the second floor fully finished for the building owners—a patient billing and accounting group—and the first floor reserved for future physician and clinic tenants. The $3.25 million project was completed on budget in early 2019, delivering a modern, efficient, and flexible workplace environment that reflects Adaptive Medical Partners’ commitment to professionalism and growth.
