Atrium Health Pineville Cath Lab

The Pineville Cath Lab modernization project transformed an existing catheterization lab into an updated, more versatile care environment designed to support evolving clinical needs. The renovation included Cath Lab 2, the adjacent control room, vestibule and equipment room, with new equipment, finishes and casework introduced throughout the space.

A key component of the project was upgrading the lab’s equipment and infrastructure to expand its clinical capabilities. In addition to supporting existing catheterization services, the modernized space can now accommodate electrophysiology procedures, giving care teams greater flexibility and allowing a broader range of procedures to be performed within the existing footprint.

GUIDE Architecture provided planning, design, documentation and construction administration services, working alongside Robins & Morton, Structural Capacity, RMF Engineering and Detailed by Design to modernize the existing environment while supporting the specialized functional and operational needs of the care team.
