Guide Architecture is partnering with Baylor Scott & White Health, OGA, and Welltower to design and deliver a new 12,000-SF medical clinic in Roanoke, Texas. The facility will provide comprehensive outpatient services including exam rooms, imaging, and laboratory spaces, all within a flexible and efficient layout that supports both patient experience and provider workflow. Conceived as a potential prototype for future locations, the design reflects Baylor Scott & White’s trusted brand identity while incorporating strategic solutions to address evolving market conditions, cost management, and schedule performance.
