Guide Architecture partnered with Baylor Scott & White Health to deliver the new McGregor Harris Creek Clinic, a comprehensive care facility serving the rapidly growing communities along Highway 84 near Waco. The clinic brings together adult primary care and pediatric services under one roof, featuring dedicated McLane Children’s and Hillcrest provider suites with a total of 26 exam rooms, on-site laboratory testing, and X-ray services. Designed to expand access to high-quality, neighborhood-based healthcare, the facility reflects Baylor Scott & White’s commitment to patient convenience, clinical excellence, and community-centered design.
