Children’s Health MOB Prosper

Guide is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with Children’s Health System of Texas through the design of a new 30,000 SF, three-story medical office building in Prosper, TX. As the first project on this new campus, the building establishes a cohesive architectural language for future development and expansion. The facility houses women’s services, pediatric urgent care, pediatric orthopedics, and primary care clinics, with the Children’s Health Andrews Institute (CHAI) for Pediatric Sports and Orthopedic Medicine among the first suites completed. Guide also provided full interior finish-out services for the remaining second and third-floor physician spaces.

Beyond Prosper, Guide has partnered with Children’s Health since 2016 on numerous initiatives across the Dallas and Southlake campuses, including imaging, surgical, and clinical suite renovations, as well as facility support upgrades.
