Twin Creeks ASC

Guide Architecture provided comprehensive architectural and interior design services for the renovation of the Twin Creeks Ambulatory Surgery Center in Allen, Texas. The project involved a full interior and exterior modernization of an existing 5,500-square-foot facility to enhance functionality, patient experience, and staff efficiency. The renovated ASC includes one operating room, two procedure rooms, and eight pre-operative and post-recovery bays. Support areas include a staff lounge, administrative offices, and a welcoming reception area designed to improve workflow and patient comfort. Exterior upgrades were integrated to align the facility’s image with the high standards of care provided within.

Guide Architecture worked closely with the ownership team, clinical leadership, and regulatory agencies to deliver a code-compliant, patient-centered surgical environment that reflects contemporary standards in outpatient care and design quality.
