Jason Turnbow is a Founding Partner and Chief Development Officer of Guide Architecture, where he leads the firm’s strategic growth, market positioning, and business development initiatives. With a user-focused, entrepreneurial mindset, Jason is responsible for identifying and advancing opportunities that align Guide’s design expertise with evolving client needs and healthcare delivery models. He works closely with clients, partners, and internal leadership to ensure Guide’s services deliver measurable operational value while elevating the human experience.

In his role as CDO, Jason drives firmwide growth strategy—including new market expansion, key client relationships, brand development, and service line advancement. He also leads Guide’s behavioral health design practice, championing environments that support patient healing, staff well-being, and improved therapeutic outcomes. Jason believes the most impactful facilities are those that balance clinical performance with dignity, empathy, and long-term flexibility.
